Joinery Supervisor - Luxury Finishing & Furniture Works

About the role

Careers International is seeking a senior, highly accomplished Finishing & Furniture Carpenter who will act as Works In-Charge / Supervisor. The role takes full responsibility for carpentry, joinery and furniture installation works across large-scale, premium real estate development projects in Dubai, with a focus on luxury-grade finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all finishing carpentry, joinery and furniture installation works on site
• Ensure execution meets high-end luxury standards, drawings, mock-ups and approved samples
• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily site activities, manpower and work sequencing
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, QA/QC teams and subcontractors
• Inspect works to ensure snag-free delivery and timely handover
• Interpret shop drawings, BOQs and specifications accurately
• Enforce quality, safety and site discipline standards and resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays and rework

Required profile

• Minimum 8-12 years of UAE experience in finishing carpentry and furniture works
• Background in luxury villas, high-end residential towers, hotels or premium commercial projects
• Expertise in custom joinery, wardrobes, kitchens, wall paneling, doors and furniture installation
• Proven leadership experience as Works In-Charge / Supervisor
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and deliver under tight deadlines
