Joints Territory Manager (MedTech Sales)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Joints Territory Manager covering Dubai, within its MedTech Orthopaedics business. The role sits in Clinical Sales for surgeons (commission) and involves attending joint surgeries and supporting surgeons and nurses in the operating theatre, while achieving assigned quarterly and annual business plans and increasing market share.

Key responsibilities

• Attend joint surgeries and support surgeons and nurses in their operations
• Assist in selling products to surgeons and other operating room professionals, and support the team in executing tasks accurately, on time and with quality
• Help develop implementation plans, activities and next steps for the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area to close key opportunities
• Support the UAE Joints team in other territories when needed
• Demonstrate broad product and procedural knowledge, clinical and procedural excellence, product expertise and new product introduction experience
• Document and maintain customer account information and set up reporting to monitor the sales pipeline
• Adhere to the company reporting system

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of orthopaedic experience
• Medical background preferred
• English; Arabic is a plus
