Junior Accountant – Dubai

About the role

The Laundry Hub LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. You will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist senior staff with routine accounting and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice preparation and payment vouchers.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Verify invoices, expenses and receipts for accuracy.
• Track outstanding customer payments and support collection follow‑ups.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, account schedules and summaries.
• Support VAT/CT documentation and audit preparation.
• Coordinate financial information with operations and administration teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Previous experience as a Junior Accountant, Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good communication, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT/CT and basic tax documentation.
