About the role
Join the Above Eleven team at JW Marriott Dubai and help create memorable, unique beverage experiences for guests. As a Junior Bartender you will not only craft drinks but also act as a host, ensuring exceptional service throughout the venue.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, staying current with trends and local offerings.
- Maintain a flawless bar appearance and functionality, handling cash and inventory responsibly.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and community partners to anticipate and meet guest needs.
- Stand, walk, lift and move objects up to 25 lb, and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting and reaching.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant bartending or beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and follow safety and company policies.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of drink preparation and service standards.
- Excellent guest interaction and communication abilities.
