Junior Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join our Abu Dhabi office. The role offers hands‑on experience with company formations, trade‑license processes, corporate filings and general commercial legal support within the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with company formations, business registrations and deregistrations across mainland and free‑zone jurisdictions.
• Prepare and file documentation for incorporations, amendments, restructures and trade‑license applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Liaise with UAE government and free‑zone authorities on corporate matters.
• Draft and review basic commercial agreements, corporate resolutions and legal correspondence.
• Support corporate governance, company secretarial duties and maintain statutory records.
• Conduct legal research on UAE corporate and commercial law and assist with client onboarding and due‑diligence.
• Provide general administrative and legal support to the Abu Dhabi team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 1–3 years post‑qualification experience in corporate, commercial or business law.
• Experience with company formations, trade‑license renewals and corporate administration is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE corporate law and regulatory procedures is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with legal practice management systems.
