About the role

The Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone is looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to support the planning, execution and maintenance of electrical systems across various projects. The role suits a detail-oriented person with a strong technical foundation in electrical engineering and a basic understanding of civil works, working closely with engineering teams so that projects are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with required standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with civil engineering teams on site-related work and execution.
  • Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Support project execution, inspections and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and engineering best practices.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of civil engineering works.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
