Junior Factory Production Coordinator

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a Junior Factory Production Coordinator to support daily production across all factory departments, including carpentry, metal, upholstery, aluminum and painting. The role involves monitoring shop floor progress, coordinating between departments and following up with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update daily production progress across departments.
• Coordinate with Division Managers to track workflow and resolve delays.
• Follow up on material requirements with procurement and external suppliers (glass, marble, hardware, etc.).
• Ensure smooth handover of work between departments.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the Planning Manager.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and ERP updates.

Required profile

• 1-3 years' experience in joinery manufacturing or factory coordination.
• Basic understanding of joinery production processes.
• Ability to read basic shop drawings.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills.
