Junior Graphic Designer – Learning & Development

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Learning & Development team. You will create static and animated visual assets for digital learning, employee engagement and marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design learning deliverables such as videos, newsletters, presentations, data reports, infographics and animations.
• Edit and produce video and animation content for educational materials.
• Create and edit pictures, graphics and motion‑graphics for digital and print outputs.
• Review designs for errors before publishing or printing.
• Support HR initiatives with visual design for employee engagement campaigns.
• Ensure all work follows brand guidelines and maintains consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional design experience.
• Strong visual creativity, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, collaborative and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑managed with the ability to prioritize workload.
