Junior Homekeeping & Digital Assistant (Dubai)

About the role

We are a Dubai‑based digital company seeking a motivated individual to combine household management with entry‑level digital assistance. You will support two senior executives by keeping their home running smoothly while also helping with basic digital marketing and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organised household: daily cleaning, laundry, errands, meal prep, and pantry management.
• Handle deliveries, groceries and ensure privacy of the residence.
• Assist with simple social media posting, content scheduling and basic graphic creation.
• Draft and format blog posts, newsletters or other digital updates.
• Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights and accommodation.
• Support administrative duties such as calendar management, research and data entry.

Required profile

• Currently residing in the UAE with valid residency or transferable work status.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality or personal assistance; exposure to digital marketing is advantageous.
• Organised, trustworthy, discreet and able to multitask.
• Willing to live onsite and work closely with a small household team.
