Junior HR Assistant

About the role

MM Management is looking for a dedicated and organized Junior HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations and employee administration in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The role covers maintaining HR records, coordinating onboarding, supporting company policies and assisting with employee-related processes. The position is full-time, and candidates with UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE Labour Law are highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR administration and keep accurate employee records.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation and personnel files.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and internal procedures.
• Assist with employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Support gratuity calculations and end-of-service settlement processes.
• Coordinate employee air ticket bookings and travel arrangements.
• Ensure employee documentation is properly organized and maintained.

Required profile

• 3 to 4 years of relevant human resources experience; previous UAE HR experience preferred.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law, gratuity calculations and end-of-service benefits.
• Strong communication, organizational, coordination and documentation skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and well-organized.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR administration systems and employee record management is beneficial.
