About the role
A carpet and rugs company in Dubai is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Junior Helper to support its installation team. The position suits people eager to learn the carpet installation trade and build a long-term career in the flooring industry.
Key responsibilities
- Assist carpet installers during installations
- Load and unload carpets and tools
- Move furniture when required
- Prepare work areas before installation
- Clean the site after project completion
- Organize installation materials
- Follow instructions from senior installers and supervisors
- Help maintain company equipment
Required profile
- No extensive experience required; previous experience in construction, flooring or interior fit-out is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn
- Physically fit
- Responsible and punctual, with a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
