Junior Internal Auditor

About the role

RKA Global Auditors LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor to join its professional team in Abu Dhabi. The role covers internal audit procedures, internal control reviews, financial analysis and regulatory compliance checks across client engagements. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational, financial and compliance internal audit procedures under senior guidance.
• Assess internal control frameworks, identify process risks and recommend corrective controls.
• Analyse financial data, trace ledger transactions and verify supporting documentation.
• Prepare audit working papers, executive summaries and formal audit reports.
• Review accounting records for compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and federal corporate tax laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in internal auditing, external auditing or general corporate accounting.
• Progress toward ACCA, CA, CMA or CIA is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel analytics.
• Proficiency in ERP or accounting platforms such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero or SAP.
• Knowledge of risk evaluation frameworks and internal control methodologies.
