Junior Joinery Draftsman – Luxury Interiors

About the role

Our client is a specialist in bespoke luxury interiors, custom furniture and joinery for high‑end residential and commercial projects in Dubai. They are seeking a detail‑oriented Joinery Draftsman to create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings that translate design concepts into production‑ready documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and layouts for custom joinery, furniture and cabinetry using AutoCAD.
• Interpret architectural and design drawings to develop precise shop drawings for production.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers and production teams to ensure drawings meet specifications.
• Calculate dimensions, weight limits and recommend appropriate hardware, finishes and materials.
• Conduct site measurements when required and revise drawings based on feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a draftsman in joinery, carpentry or furniture manufacturing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong understanding of joinery detailing.
