Junior Property Consultant – Off-Plan Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Consultant to join our off‑plan sales team in Dubai. The role offers the chance to develop a career in the fast‑growing UAE real‑estate market, working with leading developers and high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan projects from top developers in Dubai.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Follow up enquiries, conduct property presentations and project viewings.
• Maintain accurate client records in the company CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends, new projects and developer offers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
• Previous UAE real‑estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• UAE driving licence and own car are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
