Junior Quality Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Quality Coordinator to support our quality assurance processes in the steel trading business. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in quality control, QMS and steel products.

Key responsibilities

• Support inspection of incoming materials and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Perform product quality verification and compliance checks against specifications.
• Conduct inventory and quality audits to ensure traceability.
• Prepare and maintain QC documentation and regular reports.
• Assist customers with product‑quality related inquiries.
• Support vendor and supplier quality evaluations.
• Help with compliance and certification requirements, especially ISO 9001:2015.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and customers on quality‑related requirements.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Energetic, organized and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
