Junior Real Estate Recruiter

About the role

Seventy Two Real Estate is looking for an experienced recruiter to hire commission-based real estate agents in Dubai. The role is based in Business Bay and focuses on building a pipeline of real estate sales candidates, targeting agents with existing Dubai real estate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard experienced real estate agents on a commission basis
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and personal networks
• Conduct initial screening and interviews
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate sales candidates
• Target agents with existing Dubai real estate experience
• Explain the company's commission structure, requirements and benefits to candidates
• Coordinate joining, documentation and onboarding
• Build a database of active and experienced real estate agents

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR recruitment / talent acquisition
• Real estate recruitment experience is mandatory
• Understanding of the Dubai real estate market
• Proven ability to recruit commission-based property consultants and real estate agents
• UAE / Dubai recruitment experience preferred
