Junior Recruiter

About the role

The Junior Recruiter will support full‑cycle hiring for key departments at Driven, a leading real‑estate agency in the UAE. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters in managing end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals.
• Post and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls and prepare shortlists for senior review.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support recruitment events, campaigns, and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the ATS updated.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interest in building a career in talent acquisition.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outreach and cold contacting.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple open roles.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and ATS platforms is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence engaging candidates and stakeholders.
