About the role
Apt Resources is recruiting, for its client in Dubai, a Junior SOLIDWORKS Designer with a background in 3D modeling. The role supports the engineering team with 3D models and technical design tasks, and suits a junior candidate eager to develop practical skills in 3D modeling and engineering design.
Key responsibilities
- Create and modify 3D models using SOLIDWORKS
- Assist with preparing and updating technical drawings and design files
- Support the engineering team with 3D modeling and design-related tasks
- Make revisions to models based on technical instructions and feedback
- Maintain organized design files and documentation
- Follow established modeling standards and project requirements
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of SOLIDWORKS and 3D modeling
- Relevant education in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, CAD Design or a related technical field
- Ability to understand and follow technical instructions
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Full-time on-site work in Dubai
