Key Account Manager – Pharmaceutical (Dubai)

About the role

A reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking a Key Account Manager to be based in Dubai. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the region to drive market access and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Identify, map, engage and manage ecosystem stakeholders across the region.
• Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and the company, prioritising resources and delivering solutions.
• Develop a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and identify partnership opportunities with local health authorities.
• Implement and optimise strategies for market access and portfolio growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
• Based in the UAE with at least 3 years of sales experience in Dubai.
• Experience in Oncology or primary‑care therapeutic areas such as GIT, Respiratory or Women’s health.
• Strong network within the pharma industry and proven customer‑engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
