Key Account Manager – Pharmaceutical

About the role

The reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to be based in Dubai. The role focuses on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and driving market access initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of business objectives.
• Identify, map, engage and manage ecosystem stakeholders across the region.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the company, ensuring resource prioritisation and allocation.
• Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements.
• Identify partnership opportunities with local health authorities and initiate market access initiatives.
• Implement strategies for obtaining and maximising market access.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
• Based in the UAE with at least 3 years of sales experience in Dubai.
• Experience in Oncology or primary care portfolios such as GIT, Respiratory, Women’s health.
• Strong network within the pharma industry and customer base.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
