About the role
The Kindergarten Coordinator will lead the academic team responsible for delivering high‑quality early years education at Al Ain Juniors School. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures teaching standards, staff development, and smooth operation of the KG department.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities within the Kindergarten, acting as the performance development team leader.
- Monitor teaching and learning quality, providing constructive feedback to teachers.
- Lead recruitment, induction, and ongoing professional development of teaching and support staff.
- Oversee voluntary staff contributions and ensure compliance with school policies.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar early‑years leadership role.
- Training in Early Years or Montessori education preferred.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with British/IB curricula and the EYFS framework.
