KG Teacher – Early Years (Al Manhal)

About the role

International Community Schools (ICSchools) at Al Manhal is looking for a passionate KG Teacher to join its Early Years team. You will work in a vibrant British‑curriculum environment, delivering the EYFS framework to children aged 3‑5 and supporting their holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, play‑based lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, child‑centred classroom that encourages curiosity and a love of learning.
• Assess, monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum enhancements and school‑wide initiatives.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education with Early Years specialism, or a related field.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Early Years/Primary or a valid UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Valid teaching licence or certification from the candidate’s country of origin.
• Minimum 2‑3 years full‑time teaching experience in a Kindergarten or Early Years setting, preferably in an international school.
