KG Teacher for Early Years Foundation Stage

About the role

International Community Schools (ICSchools) at Al Manhal is seeking a passionate KG Teacher to join its vibrant academic team. The role focuses on delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to children aged 3‑5 in a supportive, British‑based learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, play‑based lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, child‑centered classroom that encourages curiosity and a love of learning.
• Assess, monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum enhancements and school‑wide initiatives.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education with Early Years specialism, or a related field.
• PGCE in Early Years/Primary or valid UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Valid teaching licence from the candidate’s home country.
• Minimum 2‑3 years full‑time teaching experience in a Kindergarten or Early Years setting, preferably in an international school.

• Proficiency in classroom management techniques for early years.
• Ability to use educational technology to enhance learning.
• Strong assessment skills, including formative and summative assessments for EYFS.
