Kids Club Attendant – 5‑Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel and create memorable experiences for young guests as a Kids Club Attendant. You will be responsible for delivering a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can explore and enjoy age‑appropriate activities.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome children and their families, fostering a friendly atmosphere.
• Design and lead diverse, age‑appropriate recreational and educational activities.
• Monitor children at all times to ensure their safety during play and activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s behavior, participation, and wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the Kids Club area and equipment.
• Support and participate in special hotel events and celebrations involving children.

Required profile

• Proven experience in childcare, kids‑club supervision, or a related role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage children and parents.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and able to plan engaging activities.
• Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children of various ages.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Relevant certifications such as Childcare, Early Childhood Education, First Aid, or CPR are preferred.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.
