Kids Club Attendant – Russian Speaker

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Kids Club Attendant who speaks Russian to join its Little Nomads Kids Club team. You will help create memorable, safe, and engaging experiences for young guests while supporting the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the Kids Club to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Design and deliver unique activities that reflect local culture, sport and entertainment.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, including supervision and use of qualified lifeguard staff where required.
• Monitor participation and guest feedback, adjusting programmes to maintain quality and fun.
• Maintain clean, well‑kept equipment and manage fee collection procedures.

Required profile

• Valid child‑care certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel Kids Club.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic and Russian are a plus.

• Ability to organise and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to understand guest needs.
