Kids Club Counselor – Hospitality Role

About the role

Join Hilton’s DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa Marjan Island as a Kids Club Counselor, where you will create a safe, fun, and memorable experience for children and families staying at the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet children and parents, manage registration, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Organize, supervise, and encourage participation in age‑appropriate games, arts & crafts, educational and recreational activities.
• Maintain attendance records, prepare activity materials, and support the Kids Club Supervisor with daily operations.
• Handle guest requests related to the Kids Club and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality, education, childcare or recreation qualifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, hospitality or customer‑service role.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Passion for working with children in a multicultural environment.
