Kindergarten Teacher – UAE (Female)

About the role

Our client school group, established in 2002, is seeking a qualified Kindergarten Teacher (female) to join its network of schools across the UAE. The role involves delivering a world‑class early childhood curriculum that aligns with either the AP or IB programmes, depending on the campus location.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Kindergarten students using the appropriate curriculum (AP or IB).
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and school leadership.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators to ensure curriculum continuity across grades.
• Participate in professional development, including IB training where applicable.

Required profile

• Native English speaker from an English‑speaking country.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (for Kindergarten) or in the subject area being taught.
• Teaching license preferred.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduate teaching experience in the relevant subject.
• Ability to provide references that verify teaching experience.

Required skills

• Curriculum planning and delivery.

• Effective communication with students, parents, and staff.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract of 2‑3 years.
• Salary ranging from 12,500 to 21,000 AED per month (based on experience and credentials).
