About the role
The Commis III supports kitchen operations by receiving deliveries, handling food items, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. This role works under supervision to contribute to efficient food service.
Key responsibilities
- Receive deliveries and store food items according to senior guidance.
- Arrange and dish food items per menus while following hygiene and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage, chillers and freezers.
- Report equipment faults and ensure all kitchen tools are in good working order.
- Contribute to cost‑saving initiatives and attend scheduled training.
Required profile
- Minimum High School certificate.
- Ability to understand and communicate clearly in English.
- 0 years of experience (entry level).
