Land Surveyor

About the role

Multiscale is hiring an experienced Land Surveyor for construction projects in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will carry out land and site surveys, perform accurate measurements and setting-out work, establish benchmarks, verify coordinates and elevations and keep survey records. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys and perform accurate measurements and setting-out activities
• Establish benchmarks and verify coordinates and elevations
• Maintain survey records

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Land Surveyor
• Experience in construction and civil projects preferred
• Good knowledge of setting-out, levels, coordinates and site measurements
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• UAE experience preferred; immediate availability is an advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level and other surveying equipment
• Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
