Landscape Design Manager

About the role

The Landscape Design Manager will lead and deliver Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Master Planning projects, providing senior design leadership across the studio. This client‑facing role works closely with the Design Director and mentors senior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead projects independently from proposal through construction, developing programmes, managing resources and coordinating internal teams, clients and consultants.
• Collaborate with the Design Director to establish and maintain a strong design vision and narrative for each project.
• Provide strategic design input and review across multiple studio projects to ensure consistency and quality.
• Prepare high‑quality design presentations, reports and client submissions.
• Mentor Senior Landscape Architects and other design team members, supporting their professional growth.

Required profile

• Confident, proactive design leader with strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven Landscape Architecture experience in the UAE/GCC with a passion for design excellence.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage client expectations.
• Adaptable, collaborative mindset thriving in a fast‑paced, lean studio environment.
