Key responsibilities

• Lead laundry operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control and policy implementation.
• Maintain facility and equipment efficiency, ensuring peak performance while complying with regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor linen quality, stain and damage rates, inventory levels and production reports to facilitate timely re‑ordering, rewashing and repairs.
• Cultivate a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development and recognition programmes.
• Manage suppliers and partners such as laundry suppliers, chemical providers and uniform vendors, maintaining service levels, quality standards and cost controls.
• Support hotel and special operations by coordinating linen and uniform requirements for VIP stays, events, high‑occupancy periods and new outlet openings.
