Lead - Design Studio

About the role

The Lead – Design Studio will manage the Design Studio’s project portfolio, ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery aligned with strategic goals. This role prioritises initiatives, eliminates duplication, and drives continuous improvement through innovative learning design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern a structured project management framework to standardise processes and optimise execution.
• Lead cross‑functional project scoping, ensuring initiatives are coherent, prioritised, and aligned with organisational skill needs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of strategic projects, managing planning, resources, and execution.
• Maintain a high‑performing vendor network by evaluating capabilities and assigning partners to appropriate projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or Arts.
• 8–12 years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, and innovation, with proven project management expertise.
• Ability to make decisions within defined procedures and seek approvals for cross‑functional impacts.
