Lead Forward Deployed Engineer, Salesforce

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise‑grade agentic AI solutions. The role combines technical leadership, system architecture, and close collaboration with customers and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end design and implementation of Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Design AI agents, multi‑agent orchestrations, integrations, and security controls using the Agentforce platform.
• Model, process, and analyze data on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Debug complex issues related to data integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance.
• Provide engineering guidance and architectural design to improve AI solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum six years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with willingness to travel to client sites.

Required skills

• Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Apex.
• Experience with large language model integration using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and data governance.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
