Lead Integrity Maintenance Engineer

About the role

VINCI Energies Oil & Gas is looking for a Lead Integrity Maintenance Engineer to support a major oil & gas maintenance and engineering project in Abu Dhabi. The role starts as soon as possible on a two‑year renewable contract, with a 48‑hour work week from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Lead criticality studies, perform optimisation studies for non‑RCM equipment and develop lubrication schedules.
• Prepare and issue a global maintenance plan covering running, lubrication, on‑condition monitoring, and spare‑parts strategies.
• Produce technical deliverables such as condition‑based maintenance manuals, maintenance dossiers and first‑level activity documentation.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Integrity Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–12 years of experience in oil & gas maintenance of production installations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience in multinational environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
