Lead IT Infrastructure & Security

About the role

This senior position oversees the design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure, networks and cloud platforms while ensuring robust cybersecurity controls and high system availability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure, networks and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance, incident response, vulnerability management and disaster recovery programmes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices while managing technology risk.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, security and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor service delivery and contribute to budgeting, reporting and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 7‑10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or related technology leadership roles.
• Strong expertise across networks, servers, cloud platforms, infrastructure operations and security technologies.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, ITIL or Microsoft Azure are highly desirable.
• Proven project delivery, stakeholder management, leadership and problem‑solving capabilities.
