Lead UX Designer

About the role

The Lead UX Designer will create high‑quality, intuitive front‑end interfaces and visual artifacts that meet ISA standards and client requirements. This role ensures timely delivery of user‑focused design solutions while enhancing usability, navigation, and overall experience across airline application software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and iterate visual aspects of complex airline applications using user feedback and ISA standards.
• Collaborate with technical staff, clients, and development teams across locations to resolve design problems and demonstrate software to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and manage workload in an agile environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field and at least 6‑8 years of UX design experience.
• Strong understanding of client business models, ability to handle multiple projects, and fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using prototyping tools such as UXPin and InVision.
• Knowledge of design systems, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.
• Competence with MS Office suite.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
