About the role
Support and guide employee competence development by facilitating and evaluating learning and development programmes at Mediclinic’s corporate office in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assess learning and development needs of employees.
- Develop and deliver interventions that address identified needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes.
- Document and report outcomes of learning initiatives.
Required profile
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma; certification in Training and Development is desired.
- 1‑2 years experience in learning facilitation or training, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Required skills
- Instructional design using the ADDIE model.
- Evaluation of learning effectiveness with Kirkpatrick’s Four‑Level model.
- Creation of e‑learning content with Articulate Storyline, Moodle, etc.
- Video creation/editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Development of training manuals, quick guides, and other support material.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
