About the role
The Arbor School is seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant for English Language Learners in the secondary department. The role supports curriculum delivery and assists students across a range of subjects within the school’s innovative learning spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the curriculum and assist secondary students in various subjects.
- Lead learning activities in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher.
- Utilise the school’s extraordinary learning spaces to enhance student engagement.
Required profile
- Very good English language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (preferred) and a recognised teaching assistant qualification (Level 2/3, Diploma, T‑Level).
- IELTS score between 6.5 and 8.0.
- Two years’ experience in a school or similar setting, preferably with the English National Curriculum and in an international premium‑quality school.
- Strong office/administrative experience.
