About the role
D’Learner SkillUp Inclusive Care is looking for a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to work with children who have additional learning needs. The role involves providing individualized learning and behavioural support in an inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide learning and behavioural support to children with additional needs.
- Assist children in developing essential life skills and promote independence.
- Implement individualized support plans under professional guidance.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and families to monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe, supportive learning environment.
Required profile
- Degree in Psychology.
- ABAT, IBT, or RBT certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, patient and compassionate.
