About the role
The Leasing Team Leader will manage the daily operations of the leasing team in Abu Dhabi, driving occupancy and tenant satisfaction. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and works closely with sales, marketing and property management.
Key responsibilities
- Set targets, monitor performance and guide the leasing team to achieve leasing goals.
- Coordinate property listings, handle client inquiries, conduct viewings and negotiate lease terms.
- Prepare regular market reports, track KPIs and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in real‑estate leasing or property management, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong sales, customer service and team‑leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management or related field is preferred.
