About the role
JNU Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced professional who combines industry and academic expertise to train the next generation of hospitality leaders. The lecturer will teach food production and service operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical classes in food production and service operations.
- Supervise student practicals, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop course materials and engage in hospitality research and best practices.
- Mentor students on academic projects, internships and career development.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional industry experience in food production or F&B.
- Previous teaching experience in an academic setting is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and production techniques.
