Legal Advisor – Real Estate, Construction & Corporate Law

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to support our real‑estate development, construction, and corporate activities in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal guidance, manage contracts, and mitigate risks across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on real‑estate, construction, corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalise contracts such as FIDIC, SPA, lease, JV and service agreements.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise management on legal implications.
• Support real‑estate acquisitions, developments, sales, leasing and property‑management activities.
• Manage disputes, arbitration and litigation, liaising with external counsel and authorities.
• Assist with company incorporation, restructuring, licensing and corporate governance.
• Maintain accurate legal records, contract databases and prepare reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognised university.
• 8–12 years of legal experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong background in real‑estate, construction and corporate law.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE federal and local regulations.
