About the role
We are seeking a commercially minded legal professional to support a leading multinational FMCG organisation across multiple Middle Eastern markets. Reporting to the Middle East Legal Director, you will provide strategic legal guidance and ensure compliance with local legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide commercial contract advice and support international business transactions, including distribution agreements.
- Navigate competition/antitrust law and regulatory frameworks across the region.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions and shape legal processes.
Required profile
- Law degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm or multinational organisation.
- Experience working with multiple Middle Eastern markets.
Required skills
- Strong expertise in commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of competition/antitrust law.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
