About the role

The Legal Officer will support a prominent Dubai government entity by delivering comprehensive legal research, drafting case documentation, and managing confidential records. This role ensures smooth coordination with courts, government bodies, and external counsel while monitoring case progress to meet compliance and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide administrative support for ongoing cases.
• Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, and court‑related documentation.
• Accurately transcribe legal interviews, hearings, and investigations.
• Coordinate with courts, government authorities, and external legal counsel as required.
• Maintain confidential legal records and ensure data security.
• Monitor case status and deliver regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience within the UAE.
• Proven experience in legal transcription and preparation of investigation reports for court submission.
• Possession of a UAE family book (family registration document).
