Legal Officer – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Legal Officer to support the growing real‑estate portfolio of a European developer operating in Dubai. The role involves providing hands‑on legal advice across a wide range of development, transactional and contractual matters within the UAE property market.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate Sale and Purchase Agreements, lease agreements, joint development agreements, property management agreements and other commercial contracts.
• Advise on freehold and leasehold acquisitions, off‑plan sales, developer obligations and property financing structures.
• Handle Dubai property registration, title matters and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Support the business on escrow regimes, escrow structures and related compliance issues.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UAE real‑estate law and Dubai property regulations.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation within the real‑estate sector.
• Understanding of off‑plan sales structures, escrow regimes and title registration processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach to delivering legal advice.
