Life Support Instructor (DCAS Licensed) – AHA/ASHI Certified

About the role

IBC Medical Services is seeking a full‑time Life Support Instructor to join its Dubai training centre. You will deliver AHA and ASHI certified courses such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training plans for BLS, ACLS and PALS courses.
• Facilitate hands‑on simulation sessions and ensure realistic scenario execution.
• Assess participant performance against AHA/ASHI standards and provide feedback.
• Maintain and update training materials, equipment and the learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with all AHA/ASHI guidelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Valid DCAS licence and certification as an AHA/ASHI Life Support Instructor.
• Proven experience teaching BLS, ACLS and PALS to medical professionals.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare‑related field preferred.

Required skills
