About the role
EnerMech is seeking a Lifting Appointed Person to support deck and lifting operations on client platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong safety leadership and the ability to manage all aspects of crane, lifting, and support services.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lift plans and procedures in line with client and company standards.
- Plan, coordinate, control and execute lifts, acting as the lift lead.
- Coordinate contractor riggers and ensure all personnel are competent and briefed.
- Verify availability of test certificates and required documentation.
- Manage client‑owned and company‑supplied loose lifting equipment, maintaining a database and issuance register.
Required profile
- Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in lifting operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead safety‑critical activities on offshore or on‑shore platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to brief and coordinate teams.
