Logistics & Accounts Administrator

About the role

Oldtimer Motorcycles, a premium retailer and regional distributor of motorcycle gear, parts and accessories across the UAE and GCC, is seeking a detail‑driven Logistics & Accounts Administrator. The role bridges shipping operations, customs compliance and accounting, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth freight coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists and other import/export documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, suppliers and customers to schedule shipments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and correctly classify products using HS Codes.
• Monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery, resolving any logistics issues.
• Verify freight charges, process logistics‑related invoices and assist with invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate logistics and accounting records and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Accounting background or relevant accounting experience (mandatory).
• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding or import/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial invoices, packing lists, customs documentation and HS Codes.
• Familiarity with UAE customs procedures is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
