Logistics Coordinator – Handovers

About the role

Swapp is seeking a hands‑on Logistics Coordinator to manage daily vehicle movements in Dubai. You will work closely with drivers, customers and the internal Operations team to ensure smooth, timely handovers and deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate drivers' daily schedules, allocating rides, deliveries and collections efficiently.
• Monitor rides and vehicle movements, identify potential delays and take corrective action.
• Communicate with customers to schedule and confirm deliveries, collections, handbacks and service requests.
• Inspect vehicles for new damage, document findings and relay information to relevant teams.
• Coordinate vehicle returns and collections, ensuring a seamless process for customers and the Logistics team.
• Resolve operational issues with drivers and internal teams, adapting quickly to changing plans.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to scheduling and logistics processes.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Confident phone communication with customers.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and currently residing in the UAE with a valid residence visa.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
