Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage and streamline all inbound and outbound shipment activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective movement of goods. You will act as the central point of contact between suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse teams, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import and export shipments by air, sea, and land, tracking progress and providing updates to internal teams and customers.
• Prepare, verify, and submit logistics documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, shipping instructions, Bills of Lading and Airway Bills.
• Assist customs brokers with clearance procedures, monitor documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to manage stock movements, receiving, dispatching, and inventory reconciliation.
• Arrange local transportation, monitor delivery schedules, and optimize routes for efficiency.
• Communicate shipment status across sales, procurement, operations, and logistics departments and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate shipment tracking reports, logistics databases, and filing systems; support preparation of performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and highly organized work style.
• Relevant experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations within the same industry.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
